Hello, my name is Peter Bowler, and one of my many interests is writing web-pages, and I design everything without the use of automatic page design software, this is my seventh domain to go 'on-air', some of the others are accessible via the Links page.

As a 74 year-old I who remembers the war I thought this website might appeal to others in the exclusive club, called 'I remember the war' now most of my life has been spent remembering 'The War', other wars came and went, but the second world war will always be to my generation at least------The war
